It is our priority to satisfy our customers, however, Crisprags.com stock availability changes on a daily basis.

We process and ship orders within 48 hours from the time an order is placed (during the business week).

If a certain item is not available at the time of ordering, we will notify you.  If we do not receive a reply within 48 hours, we will ship a partial order.

Crisprags uses DHL to deliver your purchase. Depending on destination, time, and weight of your package, we provide  the following options:

RETURN POLICY

Crisprags will accept returns on any product that is unused and unworn within 30 days of you having received the product.

Just send us your return or exchange by any method of insured mail and we'll issue a refund upon receiving the merchandise. You're responsible for the shipping charges unless the merchandise was defective.

All items on "Clearance" are final sales and no returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product received was defective.
